For this soup, you will need some zucchini, squash, onion, rosemary, garlic, soup stock, butter, olive oil, parmesan cheese, and salt. Chop up the onion, rosemary, and garlic and sauté. Mix with a soup stock of your choice and let simmer. Next chop up the zucchini and squash, cook, then mash them up. Mix into the soup stock along with the other ingredients. This recipe requires some tomatillos, jalapeno peppers, white beans, flour, broth, garlic, oregano, onion, green chilli, flour, lime juice, salt, olive oil and ground coriander. First, bake the tomatillos along with the jalapeno. Next, sauté the onion, oregano, salt, coriander, and the green chilli. Afterwards, mix in the flour and broth of your choice. Finally, after this has thickened, add the jalapeno, tomatillos, and beans. Let this cook for a few minutes

Healthy Tomato and Kale Soup

For this soup, you will need some minced garlic, carrots, onion, tomatoes, tomato puree, red chilli, salt, black pepper, soup stock, olive oil, any type of beans, and kale. Sauté the onion, garlic, and carrots. After about five minutes, add the tomatoes (chopped). Next add some tomato puree, as well as the soup stock. While stirring, add the red chilli and salt. Let this simmer for a few minutes, and then add the beans, kale (remove the stalks first), and black pepper. You may top this off with some parmesan cheese if you so desire.

Shrimp and Broccoli with Sriracha Hot Sauce


In this recipe, we wanted the shrimp to be peeled already the night before you cook it, unless you want to spend an extra 7 minutes peeling the skin of the shrimp. The skin of the shrimp for some people is tasty, so if you are one of these people, then, need not to peel it – this recipe works for with skin or none. Next, you will also need to prepare the ingredients for the sauce; 4 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice, one and half tablespoon of Sriracha hot sauce, 1 tablespoon light brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 5 cloves garlic, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.


Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Then for the main dish, heat one and half tablespoon of sesame oil in medium-high heat. Add the shrimp once it is warm, then flip the shrimps once so it will get cooked evenly. Should only take 3 minutes for this process.


After 3 minutes of cooking the shrimp, you can now start adding broccoli with which you will cook with the shrimp for the next 4 minutes, stir well while cooking. Finally, add the Sriracha sauce you have just prepared and continue cooking all 3 main ingredients for another one to two minutes, then serve.
