The 20-Minute Foodgasmic Shrimp Recipe You Never Thought About Yet


Shrimp is an all-time favorite worldwide. There are numerous dishes and recipes that include shrimp, or you can also make it as your main dish. It is very easy to cook and will take only a couple of minutes to finish, though there are some that takes more time.


With this, we often get sick of eating the same recipe over and over again, which lessens our cravings for shrimp. This time it will be different, this time it will be foodgamsic, fast to prepare which will only take 20 minutes, and most importantly – it is new.


Shrimp and Broccoli with Sriracha Hot Sauce


In this recipe, we wanted the shrimp to be peeled already the night before you cook it, unless you want to spend an extra 7 minutes peeling the skin of the shrimp. The skin of the shrimp for some people is tasty, so if you are one of these people, then, need not to peel it – this recipe works for with skin or none. Next, you will also need to prepare the ingredients for the sauce; 4 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice, one and half tablespoon of Sriracha hot sauce, 1 tablespoon light brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 5 cloves garlic, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.


Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Then for the main dish, heat one and half tablespoon of sesame oil in medium-high heat. Add the shrimp once it is warm, then flip the shrimps once so it will get cooked evenly. Should only take 3 minutes for this process.


After 3 minutes of cooking the shrimp, you can now start adding broccoli with which you will cook with the shrimp for the next 4 minutes, stir well while cooking. Finally, add the Sriracha sauce you have just prepared and continue cooking all 3 main ingredients for another one to two minutes, then serve.
